My name is Helen Tran and I am an employee of Fresh Number in Sydney.

I completed an Accounting Bachelor Degree, and continued my interest in accounting with Master Degree of Commerce from Deakin University, Melbourne.

After 10 years working in the accounting field for a large accounting firm, I have moved to Fresh Numbers because here we not just dealing with figures, we are also assisting our clients by rescuing and repairing their accounting systems.

Clients often come to us with problems such as accounts that have now been outstanding for years, ATO debts, cash flow issues etc. and they often don’t know what to do.

I focus on going through each particular business situation in detail to give our clients specific solutions. When I start with a new client I start by cleaning up their current accounting system using my strong background and experience.

I will always try to response to client inquiries immediately and take action as soon as possible, so that our clients’ problems don’t get out of hand.

Last, but not least, our culture maintains a strong teamwork ethic so we make sure clients always receive our best efforts. My colleagues and I enjoy achieving good things for our clients. Seeing the client’s satisfaction and the relief they gain is pretty great”
